The full power of Eurythmics' energy and on-stage aggression is superbly rendered in this two-hour, two-CD collection. Twenty-two grinding tracks from their Touch (1983), Revenge (1986) and Revival (1989) world tours trace their development as live artists from funky electro-pop to sophisticated stadium rock.

The seamless production of the collection blends the applause of the fans with Annie's power-house vocals and Dave's fantastic live productions to create some theatrical moments. Many of the songs are given new energy and space when performed live. The songs from Revenge and We Too Are One for example, are given new vitality on stage and seem to work better as performance pieces. Each of the live versions gives the original song a different edge and personality. Annie's raw vocals and Dave's thunderous back-up add a new dimension to the content of their lyrics and demonstrate the duo's commitment to musical creativity. Also available is a limited-edition set featuring a bonus CD with six acoustic tracks that reveal a softer side to the group's often edgy stage presence.
