All songs by Lennox / Stewart

Eighteen of Eurythmics' finest moments on the pop charts are brought together in a wonderful collection of their work. Both critics and fans were pleased with the project and it quickly became one of the best-selling records in 1991, proving that while Dave and Annie may have parted, the fruits of their ten-year partnership were fondly remembered.

To promote the album, RCA re-released punched-up singles of Love Is A Stranger and Sweet Dreams that instantly snared the dance floors ten years after they first made waves. A Greatest Hits video compilation also followed, rendering a fine ensemble of their colourful video past. The album features hits from each Eurythmics record with the exception of In The Garden which remains virtually hit-less. The extended version of Sweet Dreams pulsates alongside other Eurythmics greats such as Here Comes The Rain Again, There Must Be An Angel, Thorn In My Side and I Need A Man.

While more music from Savage and at least one track from In The Garden would have helped balance the record, it remains an accurate reflection of the duo's indelible impact on 80s rock n' roll.

Notable songs: All of them!

Note: The UK and US versions of the album contain different tracks - see top of page
