19 Oct '99: There will be no version of new album Peace with extra CD-rom material on it contrary to what I claimed earlier. Instead plans are to extend the www.eurythmics.net website with the extra material.

19 Oct '99: There's an interview clip available at NetAid's site from when Eurythmics performed at the NetAid event at Wembley a few days ago.

26 Oct '99: Extra concert dates in London and Manchester.
Due to popular demand another date has been given at Wembley Arena - Thursday 18th November. Also a second date has been added in Manchester Sat. 27 November.
Meanwhile the Americans still only have two chances of an Eurythmic experience, in NY and LA, and I have heard no news of that changing for the better.

3 Nov '99: 17 Again video redone for US TV
An insider source claims that Arista and VH1 are very unsure about airing the new video because of its strong images of shootings and war. They fear it will misrepresent Eurythmics in USA. The video is allegedly being completely reedited at the moment - all the violent scenes cut away. - Or so this rumour says. Fact is that the video hasn't been played in the US at all although the single was released for radio airplay quite a while ago.

10 Nov '99: 17 Again on the air in the US
The new video has now been released for airplay in the US, but it appears that it has not been reedited after all. At least the video still contains very graphic images of people getting shot. On VH1 they seem to prefer to play it off peak hours, late night.
