Apr 25 '99: "Divas live" was an all star show featuring Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin and others. There's been some speculation about a special year 2000 event...

"VH1 president John Sykes says the network may take a year off and attempt to 'reinvent' the show. That decision will be made this fall. But if there is a concert next year, the channel has already begun its Y2K wish list. Among the desired divas: Madonna and Annie Lennox." (Entertainment Weekly).

Knowing that Annie never seriously considered herself a diva and only donned the title as an ironic comment it seems unlikely that she'll accept the offer.

Apr 29 '99: JamTV reports that on May 19, Sting, Noel Gallagher, the Spice Girls, All Saints and Dave Stewart will assemble at Tottenham Hotspur's stadium to play an all-star match for Kosovo. Fans will then be treated to a half-time event featuring an acoustic set by Sting, Stewart and partner in Eurythmics, Annie Lennox.
(NOTE: Nothing else was later heard to confirm this, so it probably didn't happen)

Please note: I try to be as accurate as possible. I will post everything I know. If rumours are never confirmed then it's because I don't have any more details, sorry.
