Mar 18 '98: Some very unconfirmed news, from an Internet news group. It says that Sneaker Pimps will record a version of "Never Gonna Cry Again" - Eurythmics' very first single - for some sort of compilation album.

Mar 23 '98: There was a rumour that Rupaul would record "There Must Be An Angel" for his new album but it turns out to be only a compilation with the original Eurythmics track included.

Feb 2 '98: A wild rumour reached me today: "Annie and Dave have performed 8 songs together in London, and it was hot." No further details, sorry. Mail me if you can confirm this in any way. (Mar 18: A pop magazine in Holland writes that the gig was held to celebrate a former employee at RCA. April 15: I have now complete confirmation that the gig took place and that it was a private party for a former RCA executive.)

Mar 24 '98: Something's cooking. Annie is working on a new album and it has been confirmed that it is scheduled for release in June. There are some indications that the title will be "Venus".
