Thursday Mar 20, 2003. Kentish Town Forum,
London.
While the rest of the world talked war-talk Annie Lennox and
band played a 'secret' concert in London to a small crowd of invited
guests. It was the first live show in 2003 and a chance for her
to present the songs from the upcoming album Bare.

One lucky fan and friend of Eurythmistan, Ian, was there at the show.
He reports that the set was a mixture of old favourites and a handful
of the new songs.
The new songs he describes as soulful and catchy. Especially Pavement
Cracks he says is a 'smash' not unlike Little Bird.
There were projections of different things on a screen while she performed.
Some photos of Annie including one of her wearing a black afro wig(!!).
During Why a 'wish list' appeared on the screen – to
find a cure for Cancer, Aids, and Homelessness etc. Annie's
voice was in top form and she looked very fit and healthy wearing
a black leather jacket, black knitted hat, black trousers and a
bronze crochet top.
There were five band members and three backing singers doing a very
good job backing Annie's songs. Two of the singers were familiar
faces from the Eurythmics Peacetour in 1999.
Also there was Carly, and she's written her own account of the
evening in the Eurythmistan
